Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Arthiq (“Arthiq”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with arthiq.co (the “Site”) and our training services, and the rights available to you. It should be read together with our Terms of Use. We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”) and, where applicable, other data protection laws that apply to you.
By using the Site or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect
- Information you provide. When you complete an enquiry form or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, organisation, role, and the content of your enquiry or correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Site, and we ask that you do not send us any such data.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry, provide information you request, and arrange and deliver training;
- manage our relationship with you and your organisation;
- operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and our services;
- keep proper business records and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and
- where you have asked for it, send you information you have requested.
We do not send unsolicited marketing. Where the PDPA applies, we collect, use and disclose personal data with your consent, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to help us understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
5. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to:
- service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you (for example form-handling, email, hosting and analytics providers), who may use it only to provide those services;
- professional advisers, and to authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law; and
- a successor entity in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale of our business.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to that required under the PDPA.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — including to respond to you, maintain our business records and meet legal requirements — after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email founders@arthiq.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Children
The Site and our services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
