ARTHIQ TECH PTE. LTD. operates Arthiq Messaging as a Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Instagram Messaging and the Messenger Platform. These three documents govern that service. They are separate from the website Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use, which cover the arthiq.co marketing site and our training business.
- Platform Privacy Policy — What we collect on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, our role as processor for client businesses, sharing, retention, security, transfers and your rights.
- Platform Terms of Service — The contract for the messaging service, including the Meta policy flow-downs, opt-in and acceptable-use obligations, data protection terms, liability and termination.
- Data Deletion Instructions — How anyone can have their data deleted, how to disconnect Arthiq from your Meta assets, what we delete, what we must retain, and how long it takes.
Deleting your data. If you messaged a business through WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger and want your data deleted, start at Data Deletion Instructions or email privacy@arthiq.co. We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days.
