These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of arthiq.co (the “Site”), operated by Arthiq (“Arthiq”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about Arthiq’s AI training programmes and lets you enquire about them. It is intended for business and professional users.

2. Enquiries and training engagements

Information on the Site — including programme outlines, formats and availability — is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any training we provide is arranged and delivered under a separate written agreement between Arthiq and the client, which governs that engagement and prevails over these Terms in respect of it.

3. Information, not professional advice

Content on the Site — including anything relating to artificial intelligence, risk, governance, compliance, audit, financial services or digital assets — is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax or other professional advice, does not take account of your specific circumstances, and must not be relied upon as such. Obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any systems or networks connected to it;
  • introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the Site’s proper operation;
  • copy, scrape or harvest content except as permitted in section 5; or
  • use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised communications.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, course outlines, graphics, logos and the Arthiq name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Arthiq and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify it or remove any notices. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arthiq and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Arthiq harmless from any claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The current version of the Terms will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
