How is this different from buying a SaaS tool?

A tool gives you features and leaves the fitting to you. We build around the process you already have, which is why it does not need a rollout plan — and when your process changes, the system changes rather than you working around it.

How is it different from hiring someone?

You get engineering capacity without a permanent salary, and it starts producing in weeks rather than after a hiring round and a ramp-up. For most small teams the work is not a full-time job — it is a series of specific problems that need someone who can build.

How does the monthly fee work?

It covers building, hosting, monitoring and continued development — the system running, and someone improving it. Scope is agreed up front and reviewed as things change, so you always know what you are paying for.

Who owns and runs the system?

We run it. It is hosted and operated by us as part of the service, which is what keeps it working without you needing anyone technical in-house. Your data stays yours throughout, and we will agree in writing what happens to it and to the system if you stop.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours, it is used only to run your automations, and it is never used to train anyone else’s models. Where the work is sensitive we keep processing inside your own environment instead of ours.

How long before something works?

The first automation is deliberately small and chosen because it can be running quickly — the aim is something in daily use early, not a long build before you see anything.

Do we need anyone technical in-house?

No. That is most of the point — we build it and we run it, so there is nothing for your team to host, patch or debug. Your side of it is knowing how the work should be done.

How much of our time does this take?

Most of the demand is early and short: time with the people who actually do the job, so we learn the real process rather than the documented one. After that it is a review rhythm, not a project you have to staff.

Will it work with the software we already use?

That is the normal case. Most small businesses run on a mix of accounting software, email, a shared drive and a few spreadsheets, and the automation has to reach into whatever is already there rather than replace it.

How do you decide what to automate first?

Volume times annoyance, divided by risk. High-frequency, low-judgement work with a cheap failure mode goes first — it produces value early and it is the safest place to find out how your process really behaves.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will, which is why the design assumes it. Uncertain cases go to a person rather than through, every action is logged so a mistake can be traced and undone, and anything expensive to get wrong sits behind an approval step by default.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Your data is used to run your automations and nothing else — not to train anyone else’s models, and not shared with other clients. Where the work is sensitive, processing stays inside your own environment.

What if it does not work for us?

Then you stop paying, and we will tell you plainly if we think a workflow is not worth automating rather than take the month. Nothing here needs a long lock-in to make sense.
