There is no catalogue to pick from here — we scope each custom session from scratch. Four things get us to an outline:
- Who is in the room — the team, their seniority, roughly how many.
- What they should be able to do afterwards — the concrete change, not “understand AI”.
- Your constraints — regulator, sector, anything that cannot be said aloud.
